Landlord safety checks

To ensure the safety of your tenants, our heating engineers will visit your property and conduct a thorough Landlord Gas Safety check. Our team will check all gas appliances, fittings and flues for safety and compliance with regulations. If anything is found not to be safe, you will be notified and advised on what remedial action should be taken.

You can schedule your gas safety check up to two months before the expiry of the current certificate while retaining the original expiry date. Our office will liaise with your tenants to arrange an appointment and we’ll also remind you when your next gas safety check is due. You will receive an electronic copy of the check which you can then forward onto your tenants.
